Hats off to the Kerrigans’ team

2015 has been a successful year for the Kerrigans’ team in gathering educational, legal and professional qualifications. In particular, Kerrigans would like to take this opportunity to congratulate:

Kate Chalkey on achieving a distinction in the Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Leeds Beckett University and, subsequently, her Keating Chambers’ prize for the highest mark on the course in the 2015 cohort. Kate has also recently been informed that her research project titled “Is safeguarding mediator neutrality and party autonomy more important than ensuring a fair settlement?” will be published in the International Law Journal of the Built Environment.

Alan Davies on achieving a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Leeds Beckett University and subsequently achieving Member status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Kevin McGuire on achieving a Diploma in Adjudication from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and subsequently achieving Fellowship status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Nikki Sharp on completing the Bar Professional Training Course at BBP University, Leeds and, subsequently, achieving Fellowship status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Peter Crossan on achieving a Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution at Leeds Beckett University and subsequently achieving Member status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Peter has also been awarded the President of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator’s prize for the highest mark in the arbitration award examination in the 2015 cohort and recently been informed that he has been shortlisted for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrator’s Student of the Year Award 2015.
