Data Protection Statement

Kerrigans will only retain your personal data for the purposes of:
(a) monitoring the use of the on-line query system,
(b) checking and ensuring that no conflict of interest arises, and
(c) to reply to your query.
Any personal data retained by Kerrigans will be stored electronically on our file server in a secure folder protected by password. That data will be copied to our off-line back-up system and stored in a fireproof deposit box.
Any personal data will be stored for no longer than is absolutely necessary to discharge our obligations under paragraph 1 above. All personal data records will be reviewed once per year and any records that are considered to be no longer relevant or accurate will be permanently deleted from our systems.
If at any time you believe that we may have your personal data in our possession and you believe that such data may be inaccurate we will upon your written request provide to you a copy of that data in intelligible form. You may then notify us of any changes or request that such data be removed from our systems.
